Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VIBEPOST, including its website, web app, API, MCP server and command-line tool (together, the “Service”). The Service is also offered under the name ANYPOST. It is operated by ANYTUTOR, INC., a Delaware corporation (“ANYTUTOR”, “we”, “us”). In Japan, the Service is provided together with 株式会社Telehire (Telehire Inc.), a Japanese corporation. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
The Service
VIBEPOST is an AI-assisted social media publishing tool. It lets you connect your social media accounts, prepare posts with an AI assistant, and publish or schedule the content you approve. Supported platforms currently include X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Slack, WordPress and custom webhooks; the list may change. The Service publishes through each platform’s official APIs and acts only on your instructions and the rules you set. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You must give accurate account information and keep your login credentials, API keys and tokens secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account and workspace, including actions by team members you invite and by API keys, scripts or AI agents you connect. Tell us promptly at hi@anytutor.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
Connecting social media accounts
You connect each platform account through that platform’s own authorization screen and grant only the permissions shown there. We use those permissions only to provide the features you use, such as publishing, scheduling, reading the settings a platform requires before posting, and showing the performance of posts made through the Service. You can disconnect an account at any time in VIBEPOST or in the platform’s own settings.
Each platform has its own terms, and you agree to follow them when you publish through the Service, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, Meta’s terms for Facebook, Instagram and Threads, the X Terms of Service, the LinkedIn User Agreement and the YouTube Terms of Service. Where a platform requires it, the Service will ask you to make choices before publishing (for example, the TikTok audience and interaction settings and the disclosure of branded or promotional content). You are responsible for those choices being accurate.
AI features
The Service uses third-party AI models, currently provided by Anthropic through the Claude API, to draft and edit posts, suggest schedules, answer questions about your results and carry out tasks you request. To do this, the text, media descriptions and instructions you give the assistant are sent to that provider for processing. Under our agreement with the provider, your content is not used to train its models, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for the approval and automation settings you choose. If you allow the Service to publish automatically under rules you set, you remain responsible for what is published under those rules. We may apply usage limits to AI features.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images, videos and other material you upload or publish through the Service (“Your Content”), including AI-assisted content you choose to publish. You grant ANYTUTOR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the platforms and AI providers you direct. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in routine backups for a limited time.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to Your Content, that publishing it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it complies with applicable law and the rules of each platform you publish to.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative or otherwise harmful content;
- send spam, manipulate engagement, run fake or coordinated inauthentic accounts, or evade a platform’s limits or enforcement;
- impersonate any person or organization, or hide that content is sponsored where disclosure is required;
- collect other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, any platform, or other users’ accounts;
- reverse engineer the Service, resell it without our written permission, or use it to build a competing product.
We may remove content from scheduled queues, limit features, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or a platform’s rules.
API, MCP and command-line access
We may give you API keys and access to our REST API, MCP server and command-line tool so that you or software you choose, including AI agents, can operate your workspace. You are responsible for every action taken with your keys and for the software you connect. Keep keys confidential and revoke any key you believe is compromised. We may set and change rate limits, and we may suspend keys that are used abusively or put the Service at risk.
Plans and payment
Some features may be offered free and others on paid plans. If you buy a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We will give you advance notice of any price change, and it will apply from your next billing period.
Third-party platforms and services
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers. They may change or withdraw their APIs, reject or remove content, limit or suspend your account, or be unavailable. We are not responsible for their services, policies or decisions, and we cannot guarantee that any post will be published, published at a particular time, or remain online. If a post fails, the Service will try to show you the reason the platform gave.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including the data we receive from connected platforms, and how we use, share, store and delete it. Access tokens are stored encrypted. When you disconnect a platform or delete your account, we delete the related tokens and stored information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our property and feedback
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to ANYTUTOR and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI output or the results, reach or engagement of any content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANYTUTOR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify ANYTUTOR against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any platform’s terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if a platform or the law requires it, or if we discontinue the Service; where reasonable we will give notice. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends and scheduled posts will not be published. The sections on our property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, and any other terms that by their nature should survive, continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
