Overview
This Policy explains how ANYTUTOR, INC. (“we”) handles information when you use ANYPOST (the “Service”) at anytutor.ai/anypost.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and sign-in method (Google, TikTok or email link).
- From connected platforms, with your permission: account identifiers, display name, avatar, the access tokens each platform issues to the Service, and settings the platform provides for posting (for example TikTok’s allowed privacy options). For analytics, we read performance data of posts made through the Service.
- Content you give us: messages you send to the AI assistant, text, links, images and videos, and your posting settings.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and payment status, not your full card number.
- Technical data: logs such as request times and error codes, used to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
Only to provide the Service: to sign you in, connect your accounts, generate and publish the content you approve, schedule and retry posts, show results, process payments and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
AI processing
To write and translate posts, we send the relevant content to AI model providers acting as our service providers. They process it only to return results to us. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Sharing
We send your content and settings to the platforms you choose to publish to. We use cloud hosting, AI model and payment providers to run the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted. Media files are kept only as long as needed to publish and are then deleted, unless you save them to your media library.
Retention and deletion
If you disconnect a platform or delete your account, we delete the related tokens and stored information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. You can also revoke access in each platform’s settings at any time.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your information. Contact us to make a request.
