Agreement
These Terms govern your use of ANYPOST (the “Service”), operated by ANYTUTOR, INC., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
ANYPOST lets you connect social media accounts, use an AI assistant to prepare posts, and publish or schedule the content you approve. The Service uses each platform’s official APIs and acts only on your instructions and the rules you set.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions by team members and API keys you create.
AI-generated content
AI suggestions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and for the rules and autonomy settings you choose.
Your content
You keep all rights to your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and publish it on your behalf. Content must comply with each platform’s terms and community guidelines and with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to interfere with any platform or the Service.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Third-party platforms
Your use of each platform is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for a platform’s availability or its decisions about your content or account.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing).
Termination, changes, law
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms or if required by a platform or by law. We will post updated Terms here with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Contact: hi@anytutor.ai.
